A |     New Delhi, Oct 13 (UNI) India recorded 2,786 new Covid-19 cases, taking the total active cases to 26,509 as per the Health Ministry data on Thursday.

As many as 6 fresh fatalities were reported, taking the toll to 5,28,847

A total of 2,557 patients recovered, taking total recoveries to 4,40,65,963.

The active cases comprise 0.06 percent of the total infections, whereas the national Covid-19 recovery rate stands at 98.76 per cent.

According to the bulletin, 89.78 tests for Covid-19 have been done so far. In the last 24 hours, a total of 2,57,965 tests have been conducted.

“India has administered 219.15 crore doses (94.93 crore second dose and 21.72 crore precaution dose) of Covid-19 vaccine, so far under the ongoing nationwide vaccination drive,” Ministry data said.

UNI JA PRT。    8月24日消息，据媒体报道，近日王一博因肖像权纠纷，正式起诉《陈情令》出品方新湃传媒等多家公司，本案将于2026年10月8日开庭审理。     资料显示，新湃传媒是2019年爆款剧集《陈情令》的核心出品及制片方，手握该剧IP，负责剧集、演唱会以及衍生周边产品的开发运营。    本次被告主体还包括原声专辑出版方中国数字文化集团、周边产品制作方科洛舍文化、唱片发行方北京子沐有声以及一家电商个体户。    舆论普遍推测，此次诉讼起因是《陈情令》播出多年之后，出品方未经王一博许可，持续使用、恶意剪辑其拍摄花絮并进行商业售卖牟利，涉嫌严重侵犯王一博的肖像权与名誉权。     天眼查App信息显示，新湃传媒集团有限公司成立于2015年4月，法定代表人王鑫，注册资本约8111.6万元人民币，经营范围涵盖影视策划、动漫设计、市场营销策划、公关活动策划等。    股权方面，该公司由宁波高新区新灿股权投资管理合伙企业（有限合伙）、广西腾讯创业投资有限公司、青岛春珈五号股权投资基金企业（有限合伙）等共同持股。    风险记录表明，新湃传媒现存多条限制消费令、失信被执行人信息，腾讯音乐娱乐（深圳）有限公司、网易有道信息技术（北京）有限公司等均为相关限消申请人。
